Marion Mukolwe is a Urban designer and Landscape Architect from Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Juja where she graduated with First Class Honours. Further to her graduation she worked as a Landscape Architect for Urban Green Landscapes, a landscape architectural firm and Lexicon+Ion, an architectural and planning firm.
Marion pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Settlements at KU Leuven, Belgium with a focus on Urbanism and Planning. This included a masterclass and mission with UN HABITAT and Cities Alliance in Banjarmasin, Indonesia.
Currently, Marion is running a practice called EVSL in Nairobi, Kenya that integrates urban design and landscape architecture as a proponent of landscape urbanism. She is also a Lecturer at the Department of Landscape Architecture in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology teaching the Site Planning Studio.
